Shipping & Delivery
Here at DiscoBath, we aim to have your products to your door as soon as possible. All orders shipping to the United States will ship for free! Your orders will be shipped out the same day if you place your order by 2 P.M. EST. Sometimes, orders may take extra time to process. We work with several companies directly to fulfill orders and we cannot control each company's individual shipping and processing times. If there is a delay we will notify you as soon as we are aware of it. Also, we will notify you as soon as your product is shipped and a tracking number will be provided. At the bottom of each item description page you can see the estimated shipping and processing time. Items can be "In Stock" (3-5 Days) or "Custom Order" (10-21 Days). If you are not clear as to how long an item will take to ship, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

International Shipping 
International orders do not qualify for free shipping. If you need an item shipped internationally please contact 718-987-5300 for an accurate quote. Any international orders that are placed without shipping approval will automatically be canceled.

Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns without a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). To return an item, please request and fill out the RGA form and return it to our Customer Service/Returns Department. To request an RGA form please e-mail us at sales@discobath.com
Wrong Products Received: If you were shipped a different product than you ordered, please contact us at sales@discobath.com or 718-987-5300 within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RGA number and instructions on how and where to ship them back. We will pay for the freight back and ship the correct product free of charge.
Return Credit: Please allow up to 15 business days from the time DiscoBath.com receives your returned item to process the return. Our return department processes returns once a week and if your item isn't received by that time it will not be processed until the following week. All refunds will be credited via the original payment method only.
General Returns: All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee on any exchange or refund.
If DiscoBath.com ships your order undamaged and you wish to return it for reasons not specified above, freight back to us and handling charges will apply. Freight charges are non-refundable. Expedited shipping charges are also non-refundable, even if you return the item.

ALL RETURNS:

  • Must arrive back in the manufacturer's original packaging with all accessories and packaging.
  • Item must have ABSOLUTELY NO signs of use or wear.
  • Must have return instructions and an RGA number from a DiscoBath.com representative.
  • Must be shipped back to the location specified in DiscoBath.com's RGA instructions, at your expense. This address may be different than the address from where we originally shipped the item.
  • Must be fully insured and trackable. Must be made within 15 days of receiving your product.
After 15 days of receipt of merchandise, no returns or exchanges can be made. If any of the above conditions have not been satisfied, YOU CANNOT RETURN THE ITEM(S).
Once you fill out and submit the RGA form, it will take approximately 5-7 business days until you are provided with an RGA number.

Our Customer Service will issue a return goods authorization number (RGA) and assist you with return shipping instructions. In order to get an RGA, you will have to email or fax us stating that you agree to the applicable restocking fee per the schedule above. Credits are normally issued within 15 business days from when we have received the product back. All refunds will be credited the full amount less the restocking fee and freight.

When a replacement item is being sent out, we will only send it out once we have received the return and it has been inspected.

Ordering
Here at DiscoBath, we try to provide the simplest method for ordering your products through our website. In order to place an order simply follow these steps:
  • First, you will need to browse our store and choose items that you'd like to purchase.
  • You can choose your items by selecting the "Add to Cart" link next to the item.
  • Once your item is in your cart, you can proceed to check out.
  • You submit your shipping and billing details, then you wait for the order to be shipped.
Please Note: DiscoBath reserves the right to cancel any orders that have not been charged or processed or orders that have withstanding payment.

DiscoBath accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal and Google Checkout. Payment acceptance is subject to change at any time without notice. Pricing and promotions on the DiscoBath site are subject to change at any time without notice. Promotions are only valid for the period stated.

You can view your order(s) by simply logging into your account and proceeding to "Order History".
